Overall a good experience. Keypad was not working properly when locking for the first 24 hours. They did send someone out twice to fix. Some suggestions that we would have: (1) two bedrooms (not master) need a dresser for clothes. We had to ask for more hangers to be delivered, which they didn’t. (2) more comfortable furniture to lounge in the family room—couch is too little to stretch out on—no chairs in the room. (3) bedrooms NEED black out curtains added to the shades—way too much light leaks through as soon as the sun comes up. (4) The dresser in the master had a broken dresser drawer and couldn’t use two of the drawers because of this. Attention to details would be better for future renters.
With this being said, we LOVED the outside area in the backyard. The pool was fantastic! We sat outside every morning to drink coffee and sometimes breakfast. The kitchen was also great! We did receive fairly quick responses to our issues during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were traveling with a toddler and really liked that the doors had safety locks. Honestly, we did not want to leave.

Everything was great inside the house. The one thing that we would recommend is labeling the light switches. We never did find how to turn the ceiling fan on in the master suite.
The pool was nice and warm, but we had to clean the leaves and pollen out of the pool everyday even though there was a vacuum in the pool all the time.
The neighborhood is great. Very quiet and people are very friendly.

I’d give this place a 5 star review because of its beautiful space and prompt replies. Some minor housekeeping details brought to attention initially which were addressed right away with great customer service. They also have an excellent selection of flavoured coffee which is a nice treat!
